Keyring 1 - Hard Enamel
Hard Fired Enamel process has been around for over 6000 years. Long before PinSource. Often described as Jewelry finish, this classic style is produced by filling recessed areas with special enamel colours which is then fired at a very high temperature before being polished to give a brilliant lustre finish and smoothness. Select hard enamel if you require that very special top end quality product.
Keyring 2 - Custom Cast
What don't you want to forget when you leave the house in the morning? What do you need to get your car started? What is a must if you want to get back into your house in the evening? Of course the answer is your keys. Everybody needs them, uses them and usually can't live without them. What better device to showcase your logo or design than on the tool that holds those keys, your key ring.
Keyring 3 - Printed
When your design requires fine lines or even photgraphic reproduction,then Printed is the way to go. Each design is printed directly on the the metal surface then coated with epoxy to protect the image. No design is too complicated for this printed method.Printing in metallic gold or silver is also possible.
Keyring 4 - PVC
A new and exciting 3D process. Using a mold, we can create a custom rubberized PVC sculpture which will replicate your logo or design. Choose from solid or transparent PMS colors, neon, sparkled or glow-in-the-dark. Also available in pins or magnets. This process can be created in flat, 2D, 3D of full Sculptec(tm).
Keyring 5 - Stamped
Soft Enamel gives the look of hard enamel but with a slightly lower cost. They also have a 3D look as the enamel colouring is recessed and the metal areas are raised slightly. Soft enamel can also be epoxy coated to choice.
